History In The Bush

Today we travelled further north through Kosciuszko National Park. We came across a few historical relics and buildings along the way as we walked the Goldseekers Trail and Kiandra Heritage Loop and learnt about the history of the park. We also passed through Australia's highest town Cabramurra at 1475m along with dams associated with the Snowy River Hydroelectric Scheme.

We finally arrived at our 2nd wilderness camp at Yarrangobilly. We soon discovered it was situated in a frost hollow!
