Sherbrooke Forest

The Sherbrooke Forest had the 1000 step Kokoda Memorial Track and Sherbrooke Falls.
The Kokoda Track had lots of steps but some nice rewarding views of tree ferns and the city in the distance.
Then we went to Sherbrooke Falls which was much flatter with less steps!

Fitzroy Garden Trip

Today we took a walk around Fitzroy Gardens.
There were a few fountains, including the Dolphin (and other sea creatures) fountain.

We saw a mossy old fountain that had a rustic, preserved look.
There was also a statue of Diana (the Roman goddess of hunting) with her hounds.

In Fitzroy Gardens there are a wide assortment of flowers, but the hydrangeas stood out to me.
I saw them in a few colours, but these blush pink ones were my favourite.

Around the place were a few whimsical, fun sights including a carved 'fairy' tree!
There was also a model Tudor village.
