Paper Mosaics

Today we used paper squares to make a mosaic design for our sketch book covers. We briefly discussed what tessellation means and we will explore what other shapes tessellate in the coming weeks. We used a 1 inch square punch to cut the scrapbook papers which we glued/varnished with Mod Podge. We are going to use the books to make our nature journals.
