Today R and I worked through another lesson from Drawing With Children by Mona Brookes. These tropical birds were drawn in marker then coloured with watercolour pencils. R's colouring today was amazing, he spent about an hour and a half on this, colouring carefully inside each shape, not leaving any white bits.
