We have just started reading about the early Greeks. The children made these foil swords and shields. Here's how.
First they drew their design onto thick card from an old box.

Next we went over the design with glue gun to make a raised line.

We then stuck on foil making sure to smooth it over our raised design. We stuck 2 loops of card onto the back for the handle. The swords were made the same way.
