Bears

The children made these bear collages at co-op. I love their expressions!

Looking After Backyard Wildlife

The children have been learning about birds and insects at co-op. They made these inset hotels at Bunnings DIY store. I'm hoping they don't become snake hotels!

L made these 2 bird feeders.

Exploring Perth Hills

We spent the day in Perth hills near the village of Kalamunda. After gathering supplies at the farmers market we had a look around at Kalamunda History Village. The children enjoyed seeing and touching all the objects, particularly the old phones. Dad and I just felt old because things from our childhood were on display!

Another highlight was the automatic fruit grader and sorter.

In the afternoon we took a stroll to Lesmurdie Falls. The potoroos here are very curious but R found out they do bite!
